How far in advance should I book?

We suggest booking at least 3 months in advance. However, don’t let that deter you from contacting us to see if your date is available for booking if your event is sooner. We will do our best to accommodate.


What if I need to make changes to my original order?

Changes to any pre-existing order must be made one month prior to your event date and is based on availability. If you require changes to your event outside of that timeframe an associated fee will be added.

What about cancellations?

We all know that life happens and some things are just out of our control. All deposits are non-refundable, but cancellations can be granted up to 72 hours prior to event. After 72 hours full payment will be required the day of the event.
